The owner was very welcoming to us when he found out we were from Alberta Canada .The motel is older but clean and comfortable and quiet. He gave us complimentary travel books for our convenience. We really appreciated that . We will stay there again the next time we are pulling through. Thank you.
This place has NO amenities. So why the high star rating? The owners are awesome, trustworthy and accomodating.
This is a peaceful motel with seemingly soundproof rooms. Great water pressure in the shower, sink & toilet. Plenty of hot water & clean towels. Nice large flat screen TV with over 70 channels. The Western Hills has lovely gardens planted with flowers, cacti, various species of small trees, bushes and large interesting stone boulders. The people who operate Western Hills are extremely nice & make us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. It is a shame this motel is to be torn down to make room for progress.
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and they have cable and air conditioning.
A little over price at $80 a night plus $20 deposit. Is near stores, buses, and Denver's famous dispensary, pig n whistle, (smoke outside!) Friendly management. Quiet place, no Wi-Fi.
